CURRENTLY ONLY OFFERING TELEHEALTH FOR ALL SERVICES

Please review the following procedure:

1. Most importantly, if you have a recent fever, cough or COVID-19 possible symptoms, please call and cancel your appointment. While we do request 24 hours notice for cancellation, we will reschedule you with no fee due to the severity of exposure.

2. Please wait in your car at arrival. Text your provider that you have arrived. Be patient with a response and rest assure you will be notified when it is your time to come in.

3. Upon being notified to enter the building for your appointment, please have a mask on and go directly to the office.

4. Each office will have hand sanitizer that we request you use upon entrance and exit.

Offices have been adjusted to accommodate 6 feet minimum between patient and staff. Also, we request you do not bring additional stuff or people with you. If there needs to be an exception, please contact your provider directly. And although there are the occasional supportive handshakes or high- fives, at this time there can be no direct physical contact. Lastly, when offices do open, we will continue to offer telehealth services which you may request if you would like to refrain from coming to the offices during this time.

Our goal is to reopen offices on June 20 but this will continue to be assessed.
As we look to reopen our offices, our primary focus continues to be our commitment to the well-being of our patients, staff and the community we serve. With this being said, we have reviewed the latest CDC guidelines and updated our process for visits.
